  1. First of all, congratulations!!

    Responding to your questions:

    1. To me, writing is passion and therapy.
    2. Have got a few, have to keep them to myself for various reasons, sorry.
    3. Running and yoga keep my body and soul healthy.
    4. Money is necessity and freedom.
    5. To some extent.
    6. I didn’t won the lottery, so that being said 🙂 Resigned from my job recently in pursuing a different career.
    7. I’ve had my downs no doubt.
    8. My impression is it still is, unfortunately.
    9. Not really, but I definitely need more sleep 🙂

    1. Thanks Isabell. Loved your answers. You have been honest. But y do you think going to a psychiatrist is stigmatizing ?

      1. I think people have been more open about mental issues nowadays than just a few years ago. Mental health has been fiersly debated in various social media so generally, people are familiar with this issue. However, I think it’s still not something people, and in this case, many of them who suffer from mental problems are entirely comfortable about talking openly in fear of being stigmatised or misjudged. Hope it makes sense 😊

        1. I loved the way you answered and overawed by your honesty. People who suffer from mental diseses don’t talk about it. One of my closest friends had his share of problems but he didn’t want to discuss with me. It is stigmatized or misjudged. Thanks Isabell but what do you think. How can one deal with it better

          1. I don’t have medical background or any kind of psychological expertise to support my points. Personally, I think it’s more important (and also necessary) to share your problems with someone you can trust rather than keeping them to yourself. Knowing you’re not alone to fight this battle is often a huge relief. Be aware that you’re not the only one who suffers from mental problems, lots of people are struggling to come over the same problems as you are. I think the worst thing is isolation. You drown in the darkness. If the depression is of a severe character, seek professional help, don’t wait for too long. It’s not an incurable desease but it might be if you don’t get help in time – if it’s too late. Wishing your friend all the best!

              1. Thank you so much for nominating my blog! It’s very much appreciated. Am I supposed to write a separate blogpost about the nomination? I’m not entirely sure about the rules. Hope to hear some advice from you. Thank you!
