Obsolete Reality ( Small Poem by my Daughter)

♥Smart phone Says Ting Ting Ting,

Dad checks why it blinked…

There was a notification on his FB page

Some of his friends were going to watch a new play

Facebook, Whats app and you tube are new modes of communication

All of us are living in complete isolation

Gone are the days when children ran and play

Thumbs have become their mainstay

Popularity has a new definition

It’s the number of thumps up impressions

But not all are amused

my grandparents are totally confused.

Technology has its own place, but let’s not be its slaves

Lets be clear virtual is not real.

We are all living in a virtual world, where reality is fast getting obsolete

Welcome to obsolete reality.
