Child Predator

She was a little princess aged five,

Deeply loved and pampered child,

Cynosure of her parent’s eye.

Grandparents adored her like a treasure trove,

She was a cute little doll,

Chirpy, garrulous had love galore.

She traveled on school bus,

to and fro,

conductor uncle took her care,

and parents had nothing to fear.

They did not know about his insidious desires,

He was Machiavellian to the core,

It was Friday the thirteenth ,

Papa decided to see her princess today.

Little girl was sitting on her uncle’s lap

he was satiating his lecherous desires.

Rubbing his organ against the little girl’s crotch

She was giggling for little did she know

This was the secret game which she could not disclose

He was gobsmacked couldn’t believe what he had seen

The man he trusted was paedophile

He was a wolf in a sheep’s guise.

The little girl was his predator but unfortunately no one knew.

For this was their secret game she could not disclose.

    1. Thanks Aquib for reading and sharing your views. I really wanted to write on this issue. Glad you liked.

      1. Yes but I am so glad now people are educating the children at young age about good touch and bad touch….. its extremely important for all parents to do

        1. Rightly said. Extremely important. We as parents must tell our children about this. There is a swim suit rule as well.

  1. This is really horrifying…these child predators are everywhere, they can be those who abduct children but an overwhelming majority of cases are non violent offenders who knew the child and family well….

  2. My son was told about good touch, bad touch, when he was three. He knew exactly what it meant. I taught hundreds of Native American school children the same skills and word got around. Bad uncles, and others, knew to keep their hands and crotches to themselves.

  3. Beautifully written! Sadly, I this hit home to me more than I would ever really like to admit. It is horrible how some men think it is okay to treat an innocent child. I hope they all pay for their evil ways, I know the man I think of reading this did pay for his behavior, but it wasn’t harsh enough!

    1. Thanks Alyssa for reading and commenting. It’s very sad indeed that such a man was letoff with little punishment. Please spread awareness on this issue.

  4. I like your story. Matter of fact this very unfortunate incidents do happen to many innocent children all around the world.
However much we protect our children, sexual abusers and molesters do exist and they are not mentally sick; they are normal people like you and me.

    1. Rightly said and thanks for appreciating Anita. That’s y they are called child predators. In India much needs to be done on this issue.

      1. You’re welcome. Yes I am aware of the need for authorities to look into the matter but difficult though specially when the predator is a relative.
I have with other experts in inter country adoption drafted and come up with a Hague Convention to protect children who are adopted by foreigners.
Otherwise at the local level, sadly, impossible to apply a brake.
        Anyways thanks for your response.
Thanks also for writing about this subject.
        Awareness is very important.

            1. Is there a way I can be involved in this work by my writing or by sharing views. This issue is very close to my heart.

  5. Hard-hitting yet so true! This one has it’s colour blue!
Where is the escape , where is the solution?
I wish we had some magic potion!!
